Anita is an Associate Conference Minister of the Minnesota Conference of the UCC. Her areas of specialty are conflict and change in congregations. She has an M.Div. from Yale Divinity School and a Ph.D. from Luther Seminary. She is the author of “Conflict and Change in Your Congregation (Even If You Hate Both).” The workshop will cover parts of her book, namely: “How to Implement Conscious Choices, Manage Emotions and Build a Thriving Christian Community.” Our time together will focus on creating a covenant for how we are to live together.
