Youth

We are blessed to have a wonderful youth group program here at the Congregational Church.  Our youth group has a program for the Middle School (6^th though 8^th graders) and Senior High (9^th through 12^th grade).  We do many activities, both all together and separately.  The groups do service projects to help the members of our congregation and in our community.  A few of the things that we will be doing this year are:

Ø      Collecting food and money donations for Channel One Food Bank,

Ø      Participating Crop Walk,

Ø      Hosting a Halloween Party for the families in the congregation,

Ø      Offering a Holiday Helping Hands Day, where we give the parents in our congregation and day of childcare so that can do shopping, baking, etc.,

Ø      and our annual all-church Pancake Breakfast and Easter Egg Hunt for the children.

Most of all we will spend the year being together as a group - learning about each other, making friendships and bonds that will last a lifetime, and enjoying our made-over youth room which is be unveiled on Sunday, September 10^th.  It is going to be a great year and I hope to see all our youth involved!!!
